We're Upgrading Our Online Banking Security To Protect You
Your online security is important to us, which is why we are making changes to better protect you from identity theft and fraud. Beginning June 19th, you will be required to enroll in our new security service. This service requires that you provide phone and/or email information so that we can confirm your identity when you log in with a new computer that we do not recognize.
Important note: If you use mobile web banking, your security service will continue to require answers to the challenge questions that you have previously provided. One-time access codes will be available at some point in the future.
Please follow the below instructions to enroll in our new Online Banking Security Service on or after June 19th
1. Log into online banking.
2. You will see a screen asking you to set up your one-time access code preferred method or select “click here” under Q&A to enter your challenge answers.
3. Select Voice Call, Text Message or Email.
4. Enter the appropriate information to receive a one-time access code in the event we need to confirm your identity and select activate.
5. DO NOT CLOSE OUT OF THIS SCREEN.
6. If you already have challenge questions set up, you do not need to do so again.
7. Immediately, check your phone or email for the access code and enter it on the screen and select activate.
8. You will get a confirmation that the device you are using has been activated.
9. Select Continue.
Note: For your security, we will confirm your identity using this one-time access code method whenever your account is accessed from an unrecognized or public computer.
Welcome to e-Branch24 Enrollment.
If this is your first time using e-Branch24, you will need to enter your account number and then your Call-24 PIN as your password. If you do not know your Call-24 PIN, contact our Call Center at 888-252-0202, Option 3. Follow the instructions to set up your security questions and proceed to your account. Once inside e-Branch24, be sure to set up your User Options to customize your online account preferences.
