Insurance Verification
As part of your loan obligation, you are required to maintain physical damage insurance for the full term of your loan. You may have received a letter from Vermont Federal requesting a current copy of your insurance. If you have not already responded or asked your agent to respond to us; you can submit your insurance information online.
How it works:
- Visit our secure Insurance Verification web page
- Submit your insurance information on the secure website
- We will verify your insurance information
- Once verified, the insurance information will be added to your account
- You will receive notification that we were able to confirm your insurance
Welcome to e-Branch24 Enrollment.
If this is your first time using e-Branch24, you will need to enter your account number and then your Call-24 PIN as your password. If you do not know your Call-24 PIN, contact our Call Center at 888-252-0202, Option 3. Follow the instructions to set up your security questions and proceed to your account. Once inside e-Branch24, be sure to set up your User Options to customize your online account preferences.
