e-Statements
A fast, safe and convenient way for you to get your statements faster than through the mail.
- Statements are stored within e-Branch24 (Online Banking)
- Reduce paper waste and save filing space
- Already signed up for e-Statements? Log in to e-Branch24 to view.
To Sign Up for e-Statements:
- Enter Account number and Password - Click "Enter".
- For member’s that are new to e-Branch24, the next screen will display a Funds Transfer Agreement. Read the agreement - Click “Accept” to continue.
- Create/Answer your questions for Secure Advantage.
- Once in e-Branch24, select the Online Services Tab.
- Scroll to the e-Statement section- Click “Enter”. You will receive a pop-up stating you are leaving e-Branch24* - Click “OK”.
*e-Statement is a Trusted Partner of Vermont Federal.
- Click the “Register” button on the e-Statements main page.
- Enter your first name, last name, e-mail address and confirmation of e-mail address- Click “Submit”.
- The next screen will have an Account Agreement. Read the agreement and click “Yes” to accept.
You will receive an e-mail from memberservices@vermontfederal.org confirming your registration for e-Statements. Congratulations, you are now set up to receive e-Statements.
Welcome to e-Branch24 Enrollment.
If this is your first time using e-Branch24, you will need to enter your account number and then your Call-24 PIN as your password. If you do not know your Call-24 PIN, contact our Call Center at 888-252-0202, Option 3. Follow the instructions to set up your security questions and proceed to your account. Once inside e-Branch24, be sure to set up your User Options to customize your online account preferences.
