COVID-19 Relief Loan

If you are experiencing a reduction or loss in your income due to COVID-19, you can access up to $2,500 to cover short-term expenses.

The COVID-19 Relief Loan includes a low interest rate of 1% and repayment terms of up to 24 months. Proof of financial hardship is required.

Assistance Program

VHFA is administering mortgage assistance for low-income Vermonters who are in forbearance and/or delinquent on their mortgage. The application window is now open.

If you have a Vermont Federal credit card, you may request an increase to your credit limit.

You may also be eligible for 0% APR* on your credit card for the next six months by transferring your credit card balance to Vermont Federal.

Credit Card Balance Transfer Offer

To help with credit card debt, we're offering an introductory 0.00% APR* for 6 months when you transfer your balance to Vermont Federal. There are no balance transfer fees.

IRS Stimulus Check Information

The IRS is currently in the process of distributing stimulus payments as part of the Economic Impact Payment program. Many members have seen these deposits already in their accounts, and many members can expect to see them in the near future.
