This award celebrates credit unions that consistently deliver exceptional member service—based entirely on real feedback from members. MemberXP evaluates feedback from over 8.6 million credit union members and draws from more than 2.6 million data points, using tools like the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Member Effort Score (MES) to measure satisfaction and ease of service.
