LUND – $5,000
(Burlington, VT) - Lund offers hope and opportunity to families across Vermont through adoption, early childhood education, family support, and treatment programs that ensure children grow up in safe, nurturing homes and caregivers have the tools they need to thrive. -
Common Ground Recovery – $2,500
(Rutland, VT) - Common Ground Recovery provides peer-led recovery groups, education, and community connection for people affected by substance use disorder in the Rutland area, creating welcoming spaces where individuals and families can find support, reduce isolation, and build a healthy path forward. -
Boys & Girls Club of Burlington – $7,500
(Burlington, VT) - The Boys & Girls Club of Burlington serves kids and teens from Burlington and Winooski with safe, affordable out-of-school programs, connecting youth with caring mentors, academic support, nutritious meals, and enrichment opportunities that help them discover their potential and envision bright futures. -
Outright Vermont – $2,500
(Burlington, VT) - Outright Vermont is building a Vermont where all LGBTQ+ youth have hope, equity, and power by offering social and support groups, leadership opportunities, family and school resources, and statewide advocacy that celebrate queer joy and ensure young people feel seen, safe, and supported. - Turning Point of Franklin County – $2,500
(St. Albans, VT) - Turning Point of Franklin County operates a welcoming recovery center in St. Albans where people in all stages of recovery can access peer support, one-on-one coaching, sober activities, and connections to local services, helping individuals and families rebuild stability and sustain long-term recovery. - Boys & Girls Club of Rutland County – $5,000
(Rutland, VT) - The Boys & Girls Club of Rutland County serves youth across Rutland County communities with accessible after-school and summer programs, offering caring mentors, engaging activities, and a new teen center that give young people safe places to go, positive role models, and experiences that support their growth and independence.
- Martha’s Community Kitchen – $10,000
(St. Albans, VT) - Martha’s Community Kitchen provides hot, nutritious meals in a welcoming, community-oriented setting and connects guests with additional supports, ensuring neighbors experiencing hunger or hardship in the St. Albans area are met with dignity, compassion, and consistent access to food. - NorthWest Family Foods (CVOEO) – $10,000
(St. Albans, VT) - NorthWest Family Foods, a program of CVOEO, strengthens food security in Franklin and Grand Isle counties by operating food shelves, organizing mobile distributions, and partnering with community organizations so that households have ongoing access to healthy food and essential items. - Capstone Community Action – $5,000
(Barre, VT) - Capstone Community Action delivers comprehensive anti-poverty services for Central Vermont residents—from emergency assistance and housing and fuel support to weatherization, financial coaching, workforce development, and early childhood education—helping individuals and families build lasting stability and economic opportunity.
