The first branch is located at One Carmichael Street in Essex, VT. The facility, which is conveniently located in the Essex Town Center, will provide members and residents of the surrounding community with easy access to a full suite of financial services including a multilane drive-thru and 24-hour ATM access. The branch is expected to open to the public early June 2021. Vermont Federal Credit Union will also be introducing a new branch at 275 Kennedy Drive in South Burlington, VT. This location will serve as a convenient branch location for members of the local community, and will also act as the Credit Union’s corporate campus. Renovation of the Kennedy Drive branch and corporate offices will begin this year with a goal of moving in by year end. “We are delighted to be expanding our branch footprint to provide more convenience and better service to our growing membership and the local communities that we call home”, said Jean Giard, CEO. “At Vermont Federal, we are passionate about improving the financial lives of our members, and we are proud to be increasing access to our financial products and services with these two new locations.” Vermont Federal Credit Union is a $900 million-plus full-service, not-for-profit, cooperative financial institution that has served Vermonters for more than 70 years, with eight locations currently serving over 50,000 members.
