Burlington, VT. – Vermont Federal Credit Union is excited to have awarded four, $2,000 scholarships in 2019. Scholarships were awarded to Elisabeth Faul-Welfare, Brooke Hodgeman, Jeremy Little and Alexa Ross
Elisabeth Faul-Welfare will graduate from Colchester High School this June. Elisabeth is scheduled to begin studying Foreign Language and Music at Dartmouth College in the fall.
Brook Hodgeman will attend Saint Michael’s in pursuit of his Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Physics. Brook is a graduate of Bellows Free Academy.
Jeremy Little is a student of South Burlington High School and will begin studying at Saint Michaels College in the fall. Jeremy will be an exploratory major as he is currently undeclared.
Alexa Ross is currently attending the University of Tampa where she is pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Science. Alexa graduated from Bellows Free Academy in 2017.
Recipients were selected by a volunteer Scholarship Committee and were chosen based on academic achievement, leadership activities, service to the community, and responses to an essay question. Vermont Federal Credit Union would like to congratulate all scholarship recipients and wish them the best in their future endeavors.
