Construction Loans

We offer construction loans for building a new single-family, manufactured, or multi-unit (4 unit maximum) home.

  • 15, 20, and 30-year terms available
  • Interest-only payment during the construction period, which is a maximum of 12 months
  • Can be used to purchase land and construct a new home or to refinance land already owned and use equity toward the down payment
  • Primary and Secondary Occupancy allowed
  • Minimum $100K loan amount

APR is the Annual Percentage Rate on the loan. All rates are quoted "as low as" and are subject to an evaluation of your credit. Rates are fixed and may vary from the rates indicated above. All loans subject to approval and are based on creditworthiness. Rates are based on 60 day rate lock and are subject to change at any time without notice prior to commitment. Rates can vary according to individual loan factors including; Loan to Value Ratio, Credit Score, Property Type and Occupancy Rates. Caps shown are first adjustment/life of loan adjustment. Payment per $1,000 does not include taxes and insurance. If an escrow account is required, payment will be higher. Minimum FICO 700. Maximum debt-to-income ratio of 45% for most transactions. 6 months of the proposed payment (principal, interest, taxes, and insurance) required in reserves. Primary or secondary occupancy only. Must be a member to obtain a loan. $5 shared deposit required for membership.
