Yes, your username will remain the same.
Yes, you will be able to log in for the first-time via the mobile app or desktop.
You will use your current username, and password. You will then be prompted to verify your account information and subsequently reset your password.
After the upgrade, all your accounts will be visible, but you can re-hide them if you would like.
Your account names have been changed back to their default name. You can add a new nickname to any of your accounts.
Although your Bill Pay experience will look different, it will not be affected outside of that. Your history, payees, and scheduled/recurring payments will convert into the new system.
These services will be unavailable for 5 days after the new system comes online.
Yes, your access to your Credit Score and associated credit information will not change.
Your scheduled recurring transfers will convert to the new platform, and you will be able to schedule new transfers.
No, they will not.
Check your username by using the "Forgot Username" button on the login page. Then log in using the verified username.
